How do I sell my retro game collection to you?
Getting started is easy! Simply fill out our collection submission form with details about what you have. Include photos if possible, along with information about the condition and any original boxes or manuals.
We'll review your submission and get back to you within 24 hours with an initial assessment and any questions we might have.
How do you arrange collection?
We offer flexible collection options to suit your needs:
- Postal collection: We can arrange a prepaid Royal Mail label for you to box up your items and drop them off at the Post Office or alternatively provide a prepaid courier service to collect from your address
- Local collection: For larger collections or local customers, we can arrange to collect in person
- Drop-off: You can arrange to bring items to us by appointment
All collection methods are free of charge - we cover all costs.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is quick and secure:
- Assessment: Once we receive details of your items including photos, we'll assess them and provide a final offer within 48 hours
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (for local collections)
- Payment timing: Payment is made when we receive tracking confirmation that your items are on their way to us
- No obligation: If you're not happy with our offer there is no commitment

What condition do items need to be in?
We accept items in various conditions:
- Working condition: Games and consoles that function properly
- Minor wear: Some cosmetic wear is absolutely fine
- Complete in box: Original packaging significantly increases value
- Loose carts: We buy individual game cartridges too
